laser cladding device which is characterized in that a tubular main body comprises a light inlet connector, a collimation module, a medium input module, an extension rod module, a focusing module and an output module which are sequentially connected from back to front; a
laser channel penetrating front and back is formed in the tubular body, and the axis of the
laser channel upwards deviates from the axis of the tubular body. A collimating lens, a protective lens I, a focusing lens, a protective lens II and a
plane mirror are sequentially arranged in the
laser channel from back to front, the protective lens II is arranged at the front end of the focusing module, and the
plane mirror is arranged at the top of the output module; a protective gas hood is arranged at the front end of the output module, the protective gas hood is of a front-back through cylindrical structure, the rear end of the protective gas hood is communicated with the
laser channel, and the front end of the protective gas hood inclines downwards; and the laser beam is transmitted to the
plane mirror through the laser channel and then can be emitted from the protective gas hood. The distance between the plane mirror and the
molten pool is increased, and the damage probability of the plane mirror is reduced.
