The invention relates to a heat exchange device based on vibration enhanced heat exchange. The heat exchange device comprises a box body and a pipeline, a cold
water pipe inlet end is arranged at thebottom of the box body, a cold
water pipe outlet end is arranged at the top of the box body, a hot
water pipe inlet end is arranged at the upper part of the right side wall of the box body, a hot water
pipe outlet end is arranged at the lower part of the right side wall of the box body, a floating
mass block is connected to the
left wall surface in the box body through springs, a fixing block is arranged at the center of the inner right wall surface in the box body, slideways with dovetail grooves are symmetrically arranged on the inner front wall surface and the rear wall surface of the box body, displacement constraint blocks matched with the slideways are arranged in the slideways, the pipeline extends from the hot water inlet end into the box body from top to bottom in an S shape by atleast four
layers to penetrate out of the hot water outlet end, a bent section at the left end of the pipeline is connected to the floating
mass block, a bent section at the right end of the pipelineis connected to the fixing block, a plurality of resonators sleeve the whole pipeline at intervals, and the displacement constraint blocks sleeve the first layer of pipeline. According to the heat exchange device, the heat exchange efficiency is improved on the premise that the heat exchange area is not increased, the
material consumption is reduced, the structure is compact, the installation isconvenient, and the heat exchange device is suitable for the aspects such as rapid cooling and
waste heat recovery.
