The invention provides a method for producing
shiitake mushrooms by mulberry stems, cassava
slag and sugarcane leaves. The method is a process that shiitake
mushroom cultivation materials are used for conducting high-temperature
fermentation in advance. The method comprises the steps that the cassava
slag, the mulberry stems and the sugarcane leaves are crushed,
lime and thermophilic
bacteria are added in above mixture, water is sprayed after the mixture is completely mixed, the mixture is covered with a thin film for
fermentation, then molasses, peanut
bran and
fish meal are scattered in the cultivation materials to be evenly stirred, then piling is conducted,
fermentation in a
film coating mode is conducted for two days, after two to three times of
pile turning is conducted in this way, the cultivation materials are evenly stirred, the cultivation materials are heated to 70-80 DEG C, sterilization is conducted for 15 hours, then the temperature is dropped to the normal temperature and is kept 25-30 DEG C, then strains are inoculated, and after eight to ten days, the
shiitake mushrooms can grow out. According to the method, the thermophilic
bacteria are used for fermenting raw materials which can be rotten easily, the
biological efficiency of the raw materials is improved, the yield of the
shiitake mushrooms is increased, the temperature of a high temperature period is improved, the growing temperature of the shiitake mushrooms can be reached quickly, the mushrooms can be cultivated in the whole year, and
energy consumption of a
mushroom house is reduced.
