The invention discloses a 3D-HEVC interframe information hiding method based on visual perception, including two parts of information embedment and information extraction. In the information embedment process, the visual perception feature of the human eye is taken into consideration, the stereoscopic image is obtained according to the stereoscopic image significant model, and the stereoscopic significant image is binarized into the significant block and the non-significant block with the combination of the otsu threshold; for different regions, the secret information is used to correct the coding quantization parameter according to different modulation rules; and then the corrected coding quantization parameter is used to code the coding tree unit to complete the embedment of secret information. In the information extraction part, the participation of the original video is not required, transmission of any edge information is not required, and the secret information can be blindly extracted. The advantages are that the method combines the visual perception feature of the human eye and selects the P frame and the B frame as the embedded frame, which effectively prevents reduction in the subjective quality of the stereo video; the computational complexity is low and the influence on the bit rate is small; and the blind extraction is achieved.
