Semi-passing honeycomb ceramic grain filter and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a semi-passing honeycomb ceramic grain filter and a preparation method thereof. A filter is made of honeycomb ceramic with blocking holes alternately crossed at one end and no block hole at the other end. The raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of flake kaolin, 15-20 parts of alumina powder, 37-40 parts of flake talcum, 6-10 parts of fused quartz powder, 8-20 parts of pore forming materials, 3-10 parts of water-solubility binder and a defined amount of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mechanically mixing and uniformly kneading the raw materials; performing vacuum processing on the mixture for 2-3 times at the vacuum degree of 90-95KPa and then ageing for 20-40h, thereby acquiring plastic slurry; extruding a honeycomb ceramic wet green body in a certain size through a mold; performing microwave drying for 2h at 8-12Kw, cutting and trimming, thereby acquiring a dry green body; increasing the temperature according to the procedure and sintering into a semi-finished product at high temperature; and mechanically stripping the irregular outer wall of the green body, performing skin-grafting again, performing microwave drying, crossing the blocking holes at single end at intervals and then performing microwave drying, thereby acquiring a finished product.

Knapsack type dust collector

The invention discloses a knapsack type dust collector. A knapsack device is formed by fixing a waist belt and shoulder belts on a backing plate through tying belts; the backing plate is an integral formed by fastening an rabbet on the backing plate and a groove on the upper end of a large cylinder; a dust collecting device is formed by the matching of a paper filter bag and an advanced filter fixed on a motor cavity, wherein the paper filter bag is connected with an air inlet pipe and placed into a bag dust filter; and a strap joint is an integral formed by fixing a transparent cover connected with the air inlet pipe and a cover connected with a warped switch. The knapsack type dust collector has a filtering ratio up to 99.90 percent, and is particularly suitable for hospital, laboratories and other places special cleaning requirements. The invention can be conveniently put on the shoulders, is labor-saving and convenient, is more convenient for long-time operation, is particularly suitable for working in narrow spaces on planes, high-speed railway locomotives, deluxe coaches and other transportation vehicles, and reduces labor intensity. Moreover, dust can be observed directly through the transparent cover, which is convenient for real-time processing and avoids secondary pollution, and the strap joint is connected with the dust collecting pipe and a dust collecting head through a connection pipe capable of rotating omnidirectionally, thereby avoiding pipe-winding phenomenon.

Porous particles with improved filtering performance

A method of manufacturing porous polymer particles with improved filterability is described. One or more first water phases are formed comprising an anionic hydrocolloid with a mass-per-charge value of less than 600 and a relatively minor amount, compared to the anionic hydrocolloid, of at least one of a nonionic, cationic, zwitterionic, or weakly anionic water soluble or dispersible polymer, where the weakly anionic water soluble or dispersible polymer has a mass-per-charge value of larger than 600. A water-in-oil emulsion is formed by dispersing the one or more first water phases into an organic phase comprising at least one of either (i) preformed polymer dissolved in an organic solvent or (ii) polymerizable monomers, and homogenizing. A water-in-oil-in-water multiple emulsion is formed by dispersing the water-in-oil emulsion into a second water phase containing a stabilizing agent and homogenizing. The organic solvent is removed to precipitate the preformed polymer, or the polymerizable monomers are polymerized, to obtain a dispersion of porous polymer particles in an external aqueous phase, wherein individual porous particles each comprise a continuous polymer phase and internal pores containing an internal aqueous phase. The dispersion of porous polymer particles is filtered to remove the external aqueous phase. The method enables increased filtration rates of porous polymer particle dispersions containing water in the pores.
