P is included in a Fe-Si-O system, the melting point of oxide of the system can be reduced, and therefore after the element P is added, the removal force of the iron sheet can be obviously improved, and the adhesive force of the iron sheet is reduced. By means of the production method, the technical problem of the color difference defect is solved, the occurrence rate of the color difference defect of a cold rolled plate can be effectively reduced, and therefore the product surface quality is improved.
