The method comprises the following steps that: coarse fuel gas flows into the catalyzing chamber arranged outside the furnace from a furnace outlet; partial tar is catalytically cracked, and then enters the purifying chamber and the separating chamber; the separating chamber is internally provided with a baffling plate, and the outer wall is provided with longitudinal fins; the fuel gas exchanges heat with air in the air preheating chamber when flowing; and the tar continuously condensing and water flow into the recycling pipe provided with a U-shaped liquid sealing section along the wall of the purifying chamber, and then circularly flow into a semi-arc catalytic cracking pipe positioned in a high-temperature oxidation zone of the gasifier. The preheated air can obviously increase the temperature of the internal furnace oxidation zone, which is greatly favorable for fully carrying out tar catalytic cracking reaction in the pipe, and the tar flows into a furnace hearth through exhaust holes on the pipe wall. The method and the device can realize the secondary catalytic cracking and separation recycling of the tar, obviously improve the gasifier efficiency and the fuel gas calorific value, and have the advantages of small system flow resistance and easy implementation.

The calcium silicate, the lime, the calcium phosphate, the sulfur, the organic fertilizer and the modified acrylic fiber in the soil repairing agent act together to provide nutrient elements for growth and development of crops, heavy metal ions in soil are fixed, the content and activity of the heavy metal ions in the soil are reduced, and heavy metal adsorption by crops is inhibited, so that the purpose of treating heavy metal ion pollution in the soil is achieved. The experimental structure shows that the soil repairing agent prepared by the method hasa good treatment and repairing effect on the heavy metal contaminated soil.

The bypass-type constant-temperature internal-circulation anaerobic sludge bed reactor comprises a water distribution system, a first cycle system and a second cycle system, and is characterized in that: a high-resistance annular pipe is employed for distributing water, a shunting pipe is arranged in an anaerobic sludge area in the reactor, the lower opening of the shunting pipe is arranged corresponding to the water distribution hole in the annular water distribution coil pipe; water in the pipe is subjected to baffling when flowing to a baffler of a first-grade separator and forms a circulating flow in a large sludge area; water entering a second-grade separator is subjected to baffling when flowing to a baffler, flows back to the inlet of the shunting pipe via an internal-circulation pipe, and forms a second-grade circulating flow; the water flowing out from the water distribution hole, the water coming from the circulating flow in the large sludge area and the water coming from the circulating flow in the internal-circulation pipe are mixed and diluted, and the mixture enters the shunting pipe. Because of a temperature-keeping temperature-adjusting device in the reactor, the bypass-type constant-temperature internal-circulation anaerobic sludge bed reactor is capable of effectively improving the temperature condition of the reaction, improving processing efficiency and reducing the restriction influence caused by the temperature condition for processing wastewater.
