Experiments prove that wheat with higher thousand seed weight and smaller plant height can be found by detecting the SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) of the two loci. The molecular marker provides a new method for molecular marker assisted selection type breeding of wheat and has great significance in culture or studies of high-yield and low-stalk wheat varieties.
