According to the nucleating agent and the preparation method, metal aluminum, metal chromium, metal strontium, metal bismuth, metal barium and 75B silicon iron are added into cast iron, phosphorus eutectic is reduced and decomposed through the bismuth element so as to inhibit the anti-chilling effect of the casting, and the section sensitivity of the casting is reduced; and meanwhile, the material source is optimized, and the content of aluminum and calcium is controlled in the proportion, so that the adverse effect on the liquidity of the cast iron liquid is effectively avoided, and the finished product quality of castings is improved to a certain extent.

The apparatus comprises an L-shaped pipe, a stirring device, a speed regulation pressure pump, an electromagnetic flowmeter, a moving support seat and a conveying flexible pipe. The stirring device and the speed regulation pressure pump are installed on and fixed to the moving support seat. The stirring device is arranged below a tail end of a horizontal segment of the L-shaped pipe. The horizontal segment of the L-shaped pipe is formed by several short circuits. Internal diameters of each part of the L-shaped pipe are the same. A top end of a vertical segment of the L-shaped pipe is provided with a feed hopper. The feed hopper is provided with a limiting line. One end of the speed regulation pressure pump is connected to the stirring device and the other end is connected to the feed hopper through the conveying flexible pipe. The electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on the conveying flexible pipe. The invention also comprises a method of measuring the filling slurry pipeline resistance loss parameter. By using the apparatus and the method of the invention, measurement accuracy is high; calculating is simple; a land occupation area is small; a test period is short; test cost is low and material adoption is less.
