The invention discloses a high-permeability concrete sealed waterproofing agent and a preparation method thereof. Most of permeable waterproofing agents on the market presently have the problems of too high surface tension, high viscosity, insufficient permeation depth, bad sealing effect for microcracks in concrete, and unobvious improvement for the waterproofing and anti-permeation performance of concrete. The waterproofing agent disclosed by the invention comprises 500-900 parts of lithium silicate solution, 5-50 parts of modifier, 1-20 parts of retarder, 0-50 parts of reinforcing agent, 5-50 parts of permeating agent and 0-200 parts of deionized water, wherein the lithium silicate solution is a colourless and transparent aqueous solution with a modulus of 4-5 and a solid content of 20-30%; and the permeating agent is one or more of polyether-modified organosilicone and fluorocarbon surfactant. According to the waterproofing agent disclosed by the invention, the lithium silicate solution is modified through the modifier, and the high-efficiency permeating agent and retarder are adopted, thus the surface tension of the waterproofing agent is greatly reduced, and the permeation depth is increased.

The invention discloses a fatigue test stand for a torsion damper. The fatigue test stand comprises an experiment platform, the torsion damper, a torsion vibration shaft and a permanent magnet synchronous motor having a controller. The experiment platform is equipped with a first base, a second base and a third base through bolts. The first base is equipped with a thermostatic chamber; the torsion damper is arranged in the thermostatic chamber; the torsion damper is connected with a damper connection disc; the damper connection disc is connected with one end of the torsion vibration shaft; the other end of the torsion vibration shaft is connected with the output shaft of the permanent magnet synchronous motor through a shaft coupler; the torsion vibration shaft passes through the second base and the third base; and an inertia disc group is detachably arranged on the torsion vibration shaft between the second base and the third base. The test stand not only can realize high-frequency torsion vibration similar to that in engine test, but also can realize adjustable inherent frequency of the device, thereby reducing the original very-long test period and achieving the quick detection effect. The invention also discloses a fatigue test method for carrying out reliability test on different torsion dampers by utilizing the test stand.

The heat conduction silicone grease is prepared from substances of simethicone, heat conduction filling materials, coupling agents, auxiliary agents, methylsilicone oil, gas phase silicone and the like. In the prior art, when the heat conduction silicone grease with high viscosity is used, a surface coating method is generally used, i.e., a thick layer of heat conduction silicone grease coats on the surface of an electronic device; then, a heat radiation fin is adhered onto the heatconduction silicone grease. By using the operation mode, the consumption of the heat conduction silicone grease is great; in addition, pores can be easily generated between the heat radiation fin andthe heat conduction silicone grease. When the heat conduction silicone grease provided by the scheme is used, the heat conduction silicone grease can be dripped into the electronic device; then, theheat radiation sheet can be adhered onto the heat conduction silicon grease by force; the viscosity of the heat conduction silicone grease is low, and the flowability is good, so that during the adhesion on the heat radiation fin by force, the heat conduction silicone grease completely fits the shape of the two opposite sides of the heat radiation fin and the electronic device; the heat radiationeffect reduction due to pore remaining between the heat radiation fin and the electronic device can be avoided.
