Through the amplitude of the real component of the fault instantaneous positive sequence current to tell a power grid electric leakage branch line, an obvious effect can be achieved for line selecting. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out curing processing on the waste spandex filament, heating at the environment of N2 gas and keeping the temperature; 2) smashing the waste spandex filament into waste spandex filament ultrashort fibers of which the fiber length is less than or equal to 30mm; 3) drying the waste spandex filament ultrashort fibers to enable the waste spandex filament ultrashort fibers to own a certain moisture content; 4) adding DMAC (Dimethylacetamide) and the waste spandex filament ultrashort fibers into a reaction still to obtain spinning stock solution with stable characteristics; 5) carrying out filtering, defoaming, ripening, spinning, twisting, oiling and winding on the spinning stock solution to obtain the finished product spandex filament. The regenerated spandex filament produced by the method has stable performance index and high spinning speed. According to the method, through ripening and control for the moisture content of the waste spandex filament, the stability of the waste spandex filament is improved so as to reduce a situation of fracture of wire and the like and effectively improve the spinning speed and the first-class rate of the spandex filament.

The combined process is a whole-process reaction process comprising a preparation process of a high-grade paper slurry, a preparation process of a pulp for packaging paper, and a preparation process of a foliar fertilizer. The preparation process of the high-grade paper slurry mainly includes the process steps of: three reactions in three reaction tanks, four times of extrusion and pulping by a high concentration pulping machine; and the slurry with high yield is prepared. Pulp squeezing water obtained by first alkali addition softening, first pulp squeezing and/or first two times of pulp squeezing in the preparation process of the high-grade paper slurry is used as a raw material for the preparation process of thepulp for packaging paper; the pulp squeezing water containing a part of cellulose and unreacted agents is subjected to softening and grinding treatment to obtain the slurry for packaging paper. Squeezing water produced in the preparation process of the pulp for packaging paper is recovered and treated as a raw material for preparation of the foliar fertilizer. The combined process has the advantages of no black liquor discharge, water recycling, and energy conservation; therefore, the combined process is a green pulping process.

The hot melt adhesive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 95 to 98 percent of high-density polyethylene, 0.9 to 2.0 percent of maleic anhydride, 0.02 to 0.2 percent of peroxide, 0.09 to 0.5 percent of antioxidant and 0.9 to 4.0 percent of solvent. The production method comprises the following steps of: adding the high-density polyethylene and the antioxidant into a mixing machine; controlling the temperature of a stirring machine to be between 35 and 40 DEG C and stirring for 2 to 7 minutes; and granulating by using an intermediate-speed cutting combined double-screw extrusion granulator, wherein the extruding temperature is between 170 and 180 DEG C and the temperature of a machine head is between 190 and 200 DEG C. The hot melt adhesive is used for solving the bonding problem between a steel belt and plastic during production of the steel plastic composite pipeline. Based on detection required indexes according to the industrial standard CJ/T225-2006, the peeling strength meets the standard; the ring flexibility is qualified; and the product is qualified after passing a sunlight insolation test. All the indexes meet the industrial standard.
