By ingenious designs of the cam shaft bushing and the cam shaft, the cam shaft can finish twice and two paths of oil supply with different oil supply quantities after rotating a circle. Lubrication of the rocker arm can be achieved, at the same time the pressure of the main oil duct is basically constant, and parts such as a crank, the cam shaft and the like are guaranteed to be fully lubricated.
