This invention discloses a
laser coaxial wire feeding additive repair device and method for the inner wall of
pipe fittings, belonging to the field of
laser additive manufacturing. The
laser coaxial wire feeding additive repair device for the inner wall of
pipe fittings includes a
light guide arm, a four-
beam laser head, and a wire feeding mechanism. The
light guide arm is mounted on a
robotic arm; one side of the
light guide arm is connected to an optical cable, and the other side is tightly connected to the laser head via a bayonet. A wire feeding mechanism is fixed above the light guide arm, and multiple functional pipes, including cooling water pipes, protective gas pipes, and
signal lines, are fixed below it. The laser head divides the laser beam introduced by the light guide arm into four beams distributed in a
square shape through a lens group, and the four beams converge below the wire feeding head through a focusing lens. The focusing lens is installed in an anti-
roll cage inside the laser head, and its up-and-down movement is controlled by a
servo motor to change the laser focus position. A high-curvature wire
feeding tube is placed inside the laser head, without interfering with the laser beam. The laser coaxial wire feeding additive repair device for the inner wall of
