The invention discloses a double-component silicone structural sealant for heat mirror hollow glass and a preparation method of the sealant. The sealant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, alkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, hollow microsphere, ceramic microbead, metal hydroxide, metal oxide, activated calcium carbonate, inorganic pigment and a surfactant; the component B comprises alkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, a coupling agent, a cross-linking agent, a catalyst, an inhibitor, a thickening agent, and silicon dioxide. The preparation method of the sealant comprises the following steps: 1) taking each ingredient in the component A to be mixed uniformly under the vacuum condition; 2) taking each ingredient in the component B to be mixed uniformly under the vacuum condition; 3) mixing the component A and the component B at room temperature according to the weight ratio of (8:1) to (20:1), and at last obtaining the sealant. The double-component silicone structural sealant is good in adhesiveness, high in curing speed, good in sealing performance, high in hardness and modulus, and excellent in thermal barrier effect, and suitable for sealing and bonding of heat mirror film, glass and metal materials etc.

The invention relates to a crystallinity low-melting point polyester fiber and a preparation method thereof; the crystallinity low-melting point polyester fiber is a belt core structure, wherein a belt layer is a low-melting-point polyester, and a core layer is PET; the low-melting point polyester fiber consists of terephthalic acid chain section, isophthalic acid chain section, 1, 3-propylene glycol chain section, dipropylene glycol chain section and molecular weight modifier, wherein the molecular weight modifier corresponding to the molecular weight modifier chain section is 1, 8-naphthalic acid, phthalic acid, 1, 2-cyclopentane dioctyl phthalate, 1, 2-cyclohexane dioctyl phthalate or corresponding dimethyl ester or diethyl ester. The preparation method includes low-melting-point polyester polymerization and belt core composite spinning, wherein post spinning adopts drafting-water washing technique, and drafting adopts oil bath drafting added with sodium sulfite; through rolling, cutting and drying, the crystallinity low-melting point polyester fiber is acquired. The crystallinity low-melting point polyester fiber prepared by the invention is low in melting point, and low in total content of acetaldehyde and acrolein.

The invention discloses an organic solvent miscible solution soaking bonding method on the basis of a micro-fluidic chip made of a polymer material. The method comprises the following steps: a. mixing absolute ethyl alcohol and an organic solvent according to a ratio of V ethyl alcohol to V organic of (20:1) to (5:1) to obtain a miscible solution; b. sufficiently wetting a polymer chip with a microstructure through the miscible solution prepared in the step a, placing the wet polymer chip into a culture dish with the miscible solution after assembling the wet polymer chip, and then immediately placing the culture dish into an oven, wherein a bonding temperature is 25 to 60 DEG C and bonding time is 5 to 20 minutes. The organic solvent miscible solution soaking bonding method improves a conventional polymer micro-fluidic chip bonding process, avoids blockage of the organic solvent on a micro channel in the bonding process, reduces the deformation quantity of the channel and can implement bonding of a plurality of layers of chips with complex structures. Moreover, the method requires simple instruments, can implement simultaneous bonding of a large batch of chips, ensures bonding intensity when shortening the bonding time of the chips, and is beneficial to commercialization of the micro-fluidic chip.
