The invention relates to a sintering and pelletizing powder receiving, storage and proportioning system, which comprises an ore storage bin, a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, a vibrator which is arranged at the discharge outlet and a quantitative tape feeding machine which is arranged below the discharge outlet. The sintering and pelletizing powder receiving, storage and proportioning system is characterized in that the ore storage bin is in a closed structure, a bag-type dust collector is arranged on one side of the top of the ore storage bin, the feed inlet is arranged in the middle of the top of the ore storage bin and is connected with a pneumatic conveying and feeding device, the pneumatic conveying and feeding device consists of a pneumatic conveying pipe unloading nozzle which is connected with the feed inlet, a metallic conveying pipe which is connected with the pneumatic conveying pipe unloading nozzle, a rubber hose which is connected with the metallic conveying pipe and a quick joint which is connected with the rubber hose, and a manual gate valve and a feeding valve which is connected with the manual gate valve are arranged at the lower part of the discharge outlet of the ore storage bin. The sintering and pelletizing powder receiving, storage and proportioning system has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, quick and controllable ash unloading, no environmental pollution, low maintenance rate, timely and accurate proportioning, low production cost and high economic benefit.
