water content of 15 to 16 percent, to perform 3 to 6 times of emery roll whitening on the
brown rice to prepare rice not completely processed, and to perform fresh keeping
drying on the rice not completely processed, so as to ensure that the water content of the rice not completely processed is controlled within 12 to 12.5 percent; performing finishing, grading and vacuum
package on the dried rice not completely processed, putting the rice not completely processed into storage, so as to temporarily store the rice, and then ensuring that the rice not completely processed comes into the market and is circulated.
