workbench used for placing a heat-conducting sheet and a film laminating device; the film laminating device comprises a glue outlet, an air suction port, a film pressing roler and a control roller
assembly, wherein the glue outlet is positioned below a heat-conducting glue cavity, the air suction port is positioned on a negative pressure cavity and is formed in the opposite direction of feeding for air suction, the film pressing roller is used for pressing a
graphene composite heat-conducting film on the upper surface of the heat-conducting sheet, and the control roller
assembly is used for controlling the discharging speed; the
graphene composite heat-conducting film is stretched and discharged through film pressing of the film pressing roller and speed limiting of the control roller
assembly, meanwhile, in the space defined by the air suction port, the upper surface of the heat-conducting sheet and the graphene composite heat-conducting film at the bonding position, and the graphene composite heat-conducting film is sucked and bonded to the upper surface of the heat-conducting sheet through negative pressure of the air suction; and the
workbench is further provided with aclamping mechanism for fixing the heat-conducting sheet. Under the condition that the graphene composite heat-conducting film is in a stretching and pressing bonding state, the film is tightly attached to the plate surface through the action of negative pressure suction.
