The aeration system of the single-hole membrane aerated filter head is adopted for filter aeration. The mode of washing combining air and water is adopted for washing the filter. During washing, a perforated air distribution tube arranged in the water and air distribution zone at the bottom of the filter is adopted to blast air to the filter and aerate the filter, so that the filter washing water is drained from a blow-down tube at the bottom of the filter from top to bottom. The water flowing out of a sedimentation tank is distributed by a water distribution channel, then flows through the coarse sand cushion and the dual-layer granular activated carbon filters of the filter from bottom to top and is intercepted, filtered, absorbed and biologically degraded by the activated carbon filters and the micro-organisms attached to the activated carbon filters to remove the contaminants in the water. The filters have high purification efficiency of contaminants, good washing effect and low cost, save energy and are suitable for biological feed water treatment of micro-polluted water.

The sludge mixed liquid in the membrane reactor tank flows back to the hydrolysis acidification tank and the pre-aeration tank according to a certain ratio. Sludge and one part of the sludge mixed liquid in the sedimentation basin are discharged into a sludge tank; the dehydrated sludge contains a lot of silicon powder and silicon carbide powder and can be recycled or sold.
