The invention provides an improved ABR reaction device for inhibiting an acidification phenomenon, and belongs to the technical field of
wastewater treatment process. The improved ABR reaction deviceconsists of 4-6 compartments, each compartment includes an upward
flow cell and a downward
flow cell, and the ratio of the volume of each upward
flow cell to each downward flow
cell is (3 to 1) to (5to 1), wherein the upward flow cells are internally provided with suspended filler, and the upper parts and the lower parts of the suspended filler are covered with fixed grid plates. A stirring device is arranged in the first downward flow
cell, and a return
pipe is arranged in the end compartment. An air guiding
pipe is arranged on the upper part of each compartment, and
sludge discharging buckets are arranged at the bottoms of the compartments except the first compartment. The suspended filler is
tourmaline /
polyurethane composite filler, and inhibits the acidification phenomenon during an
anaerobic reaction, thereby effectively improving the
metabolic activity of
anaerobic bacteria such as methanogens, and shortening the startup time of a reactor. Compared with a traditional ABR reaction device, the improved ABR reaction device has uniform water distribution and no dead zone, and can effectively separate
suspended matter from influent water, thereby avoiding the influence of the
suspended matter on the
sludge activity, and being efficient and stable in operation.
