The invention belongs to the technical field of fungus culture, particularly to a method for culturing mycelia and sporocarps of aweto, which solves the problem that artificial aweto in the prior art can not be cultured in a large scale. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting cephalosporium acremonium and Isaria cicadae; preparing a cephalosporium acremonium liquid strain and an Isaria cicadae liquid strain; preparing a solid culture medium from corn grit, soybean flour, wheat grains, sorghum grains, silkworm chrysalis meal, whole chicken eggs, black bean coarse powder containing hulls, degreased linseed oil and a nutrient solution, wherein the nutrient solution comprises chicken blood, pine needles, carrots, black beans and cattle bone; evenly mixing, and inoculating; and culturing to obtain the sporocarps and the mycelia. The detection indicates that the sporocarps contain at least 0.02% of adenosine and at least 0.1% of cordycepin, and the mycelia contain at least 0.055% of adenosine; the finger-print test result indicates that the degree of similarity of the sporophores and the mycelia is greater than 97%; and acute toxicity experiments and long-term toxicity experiments indicate that the sporophores and the mycelia have no toxicity and can be used as substitutes of natural aweto.

Method for culturing artificial cordyceps sinensis by using silkworm pupas as carriers

A method for culturing artificial cordyceps sinensis by using silkworm pupas as carriers is used for inoculating bacterial suspension prepared by using wild natural cordyceps sinensis bacterial strains native to the Tibet plateau on live silkworm pupas and artificially culturing the live silkworm pupas into silkworm pupa cordyceps sinensis. The method comprises the following steps of (1) screening of cordyceps sinensis bacterial strains, (2) preparation of the silkworm pupas, (3) preparation of bacterial suspension, (4) preparation of silkworm pupas before inoculation, (5) inoculation, (6) culturing of seed seats, and (7) collection and storage of silkworm pupa cordyceps sinensis. According to the method, silkworm pupas of domesticated silkworms serve as hosts, the cordyceps sinensis bacterial strain suspension is inoculated in the silkworm pupas artificially, and then the silkworm pupas are cultured into the silkworm pupa cordyceps sinensis. Inoculation rate and petrification rate after inoculation are above 96%, and the yield of seed entities is above 92%. The period from inoculation to mature of the seed entities takes 36-44 days. The chemical composition of the silkworm pupa cordyceps sinensis is the same with that of cordyceps sinensis basically, and the active ingredients such as cordycepin and cordycepic acids of the silkworm pupa cordyceps sinensis are 3.2-3.9 times the active ingredients of the cordyceps sinensis.

Brewage method of Chinese caterpillar fungus health-care yellow rice wine

The invention provides a brewage method of a Chinese caterpillar fungus health-care yellow rice wine. The yellow rice wine is brewed with a saccharification agent of Chinese caterpillar fungus rice produced with Chinese caterpillar fungus as a raw material. The brewage method comprises the steps such as rice soaking, elution and rinsing, steaming, rice paving, distiller's yeast culturing, jar fermentation, pressing, blending, pottery jar aging, and the like. Compared with other health-care yellow rice wine, cordycepin, adenosine, and cordyceps polysaccharide in the yellow rice wine obtained in the invention are metabolites of the saccharification and fermentation agent Chinese caterpillar fungus. Compared with existing Chinese caterpillar fungus health-care yellow rice wine, Chinese caterpillar fungus is adopted as the saccharification and fermentation agent in the invention. Therefore, in the respect of cost, the method provided by the invention is better than yellow rice wine fermentation methods in which Chinese caterpillar fungus fruiting body and Chinese caterpillar fungus mycelium are adopted as additives. According to existing patents, Chinese caterpillar fungus mycelium is commonly adopted as an additive. The Chinese caterpillar fungus mycelium has a main content of protein whose odor can easily deteriorate the taste of wine. With the method provided by the invention, the obtained yellow rice wine has good taste.

Method for extracting melanin from cordyceps militeris fungus fermentation broth

The invention discloses a method for extracting melanin from cordyceps militeris fungus fermentation broth. The method includes the following steps: mycelium is separated from the cordyceps militeris fungus fermentation broth, and the fermentation broth is acidized to obtain melanin crude extract after the sediment is collected. The melanin crude extract is hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid to eliminate protein impurities, and is repeatedly scrubbed by organic solvent and dissolved by alkaline solution, and is acidized to form sediment for purification, and then the chloride ions are eliminatedby deionized water through repeated scrubbing, finally the cordyceps militeris melanin end product is obtained after drying. The melanin prepared by the invention has similar properties with melanin CAS: 8049-97-6 sold by Sigma Corporation. Both two types of melanin can dissolve in alkaline solution, cannot dissolve in organic solvents, such as water, ethanol, acetone, chloroform and hexane, completely become sediment when pH value is less than 3 and can fade under the effect of strong oxidizer; the ultraviolet visible light area scan map includes a curvature with reducing absorbance along with the increasing of wavelength, and strong absorbing bands are respectively near 340cm-1 and 1602cm-1 in the infrared spectrum.
