wind power gear box heat exchanging mechanism comprises a heat exchanging
assembly, an air
inlet channel and an air outletchannel, wherein the air
inlet channel is connected with an air inlet of the heat exchanging
assembly, and the air outlet channel is connected with an air outlet of the heat exchanging
assembly. The heat exchanging assembly is arranged outside a gear box and comprises a heat exchanging core body and a heat exchanging drive unit, wherein the heat exchanging core body contains a lubricating oil passage, and the heat exchanging drive unit is connected with the heat exchanging core body. The lubricating oil passage is used for enabling lubricating oil circularly pumped into the gear box through alubricating
oil pump to pass through. The air inlet end of the air
inlet channel is used for communicating with the exterior of a cabin through a cabin cover air inlet, and the air outlet end of the air outlet channel is used for communicating with the exterior of the cabin through a cabin cover air outlet. The invention further discloses a wind generating set applying the
wind power gear box heatexchanging mechanism. According to the wind power gear box heat exchanging mechanism and the wind generating set applying the wind power gear box heat exchanging mechanism, by changing a heat exchanging gas inlet and by means of flowing of
cold air outside the cabin in the heat exchanging core body, heat of the lubricating oil in the heat exchanging core body is guided out, the heat exchanging efficiency is improved, the bearing invalidation problem caused by high temperature of the gear box is avoided, the
failure rate of the gear box is reduced, the reliability of the whole
machine is improved, and the
generating capacity of the wind generating set is guaranteed.
