The invention belongs to the technical field of power
system equipment state detection and in particular to a
system and method for detecting distribution network pole-mounted equipment fault
discharge. The
system comprises an acquisition module used for collecting the power-frequency periodic
signal, the UHF
signal and the
ultraviolet photon signal of the distribution network pole-mounted equipment; a multichannel AD continuous conversion module used for converting an
analog signal output by the acquisition module into a
digital signal; a MCU module used for obtaining the
digital signal output by the multichannel AD continuous conversion module, and extracting the amplitude and the time of the UHF signal, its
phase relation with the power-frequency periodic signal and the number of
ultraviolet photons; and a control terminal connected with the MCU module through a communication module and used for drawing a PRPD map, displaying the number of
ultraviolet photons, identifying a fault
discharge type, and displaying a result. The system realizes the noncontact detection of the distribution network pole-mounted equipment by a UHF method and an ultraviolet detection method, and identifies the internal
discharge and the external discharge according to the technical characteristics of the UHF method and the ultraviolet detection method.
