The novel graphene optical modulator structure comprises a substrate layer, an artificial metamaterial waveguide layer, a double-layer graphene layer, an ultrathin optical waveguide layer, a low-refractive-index cover layer and an electrode.The artificial metamaterial waveguide layer is formed by alternately arranging high-refractive-index materials and low-refractive-index materials; and the double-layer graphene layer is composed oftwo layers of graphene and a dielectric filling layer. According to the invention, the artificial metamaterial structure is used as a part of the optical waveguide structure and thus the distributionof an optical field can be effectively adjusted and the interaction between graphene and light can be enhanced, so that the modulation depth and modulation efficiency are improved; meanwhile, the interference between devices is reduced by controlling evanescent waves, and the integration density of the devices is improved. The modulator has the advantages of large working bandwidth, high modulation rate, compact structure and the like, and an effective solution is provided for constructing a large-bandwidth, high-density integrated and high-speed system on chip.

An absolute position measurement capacitive grating displacement measurement method, a sensor, and an operating method of the sensor are provided. In the measurement method, a drive signal having wave properties is used to excite a transmission grating, and displacement of a measured position in each wavelength is transformed into an initial phase of a time fundamental wave. The displacement of the measured position in each wavelength is acquired through an addition counter. A signal having wave properties output by a drive signal generator of the sensor is connected to a transmission grating, the master clock of an oscillator is connected to each circuit, an output of a reception grating is connected to a synchronous capture circuit through a signal selection switch and an analog processing circuit; and the synchronous capture circuit is connected to a controller, an addition counter, and a Random Access Memory (RAM). The controller is connected to all components. In the operating method of the sensor, an interface unit starts a measurement unit, a controller coordinates operation of all circuits, and after measurement of displacements in coarse, medium, and fine wavelengths is successively completed, the interface unit turns off the measurement unit, performs processing, and displays the measurement result. The circuits are simple, easy to control, and easy to be realized, and have high precision.

The method comprises the following steps: (1), illuminating the surface of the miniature cantilever beam by modulating the laser to excite the vibration of the miniature cantilever beam; (2), illuminating the surface of the miniature cantilever beam by continuous laser irradiation, generating a thermal effect on the surface of the miniature cantilever beam, and tuning the resonant frequency by controlling the power of the continuous laser; (3), collecting and processing a vibration signal of the miniature cantilever beam. The method can realize the continuous tuning of the resonant frequency of the miniature cantilever beam. Compared with a mode of increasing the frequency bandwidth, the method expands the application bandwidth of the miniature cantilever beam, and the higher the resonance order of the miniature cantilever beam is, the larger the frequency tuning range thereof is. The system can be used as a detector for detecting vibration frequencies. Since the miniature cantilever beam can convert the energy ofa physical quantity into the kinetic energy of the beam by interacting with the external physical quantity with a certain frequency, the detection of the physical quantity frequency is realized according to the vibration frequency of the beam.

The dielectric film plated on the second interface reflects the sunlight of which the energy range is 1.4 to 2.4eV and the reflected sunlight is absorbed by a second cell through the third interface, and the sunlight of which the energy is lower than 1.4eV is transmitted and absorbed by a third cell. Therefore, the sunlight with different energy is absorbed by the solar cells with different band gap energy, and each stage of sub cell semiconductor material absorbs and utilizes the solar spectrum most matched with the band gap width thereof to realize full spectrum conversion of the sunlight. The conversion efficiency is higher, and the method is quite easy for large-scale production.
