The method comprises the following steps of: A, selecting raw materials: selecting natural calcium and magnesium minerals as the raw materials; B, crushing and sieving the raw materials; C, not calcining or calcining particles in a furnace; D, closing a heating device, cooling and taking the raw materials; E, placing the calcined raw materials into a container or directly placing the non-calcined raw materials into the container after the process B, adding phosphoric acid or a mixed solution of phosphoric acid and calcium hydrophosphate to soak the raw materials, and removing acid liquor after the treatment is completed; F, soaking the raw materials by using sodium hydroxide or a potassium hydroxide solution, cleaning by using clear water after the solution is removed, and drying to obtain a defluoridation filter material; and G, regenerating the saturated filter material by using sodium hydroxide or white alum. The preparation and regeneration method of the water treatment defluoridation material, provided by the invention, has the advantages of low cost, simple production cost, wide application range of the filter material about water quality and pH, convenience for use, large absorption capacity and free secondary pollution; furthermore, the water treatment cost is reduced greatly, and the treated water is good in taste, stable in water quality and high in safety, and can be regenerated for many times.

Firstly free form fluorine in water is converted into complexation state fluorine by controlling appropriate pH value condition, aluminium salt form and throwing amount or the like; calcium hydrate and aluminium salt are introduced for realizing coacervation process and providing active adsorption sites with abundant surface hydroxies, thereby the dissolved state fluorine in water is converted into particulate type fluorine by coacervation and absorption effects; dissolved state fluorine is further removed after water flows though an absorption fixed bed reactor filled with defluorination adsorption material based on aluminium base composite metal oxide; finally, water flows through a filter reactor, and colloid, particle and other impurities contained in the absorption fixed bed reactor water outlet are removed. Fluorine in the drinking water is removed by using the method provided by the invention, and the processed water can reach the WHO, USEPA and other related standards and national drinking water standard (GB5749-2006).

The production method comprises the following steps of (1) thoroughly washing the surfaces of livestock bones, and at 400-450 DEG C, conducting carbonization for 1.5-2 h to obtain bone char; (2) grinding and sieving the bone char obtained in the step (1) after cooling the bone char obtained in the step (1), and conducting drying after conducting washing to obtain bone char particles; and (3) soaking the bone char particles obtained in the step (2) in a Fe2(SO4)3 solution in a mass percentage concentration of 2-8% according to a solid to liquid ratio of 1 to (2.5 to 10) for 0.3-0.7 h, conducting drying after conducting washing, then accordingto a solid to liquid ratio of 1 to (3 to 8), soaking the bone char particles in a Al2(SO4)3 solution in a mass percentage concentration of 3-10% for 0.5-1.5 h, and conducting drying after conductingwashing to obtain the Al2(SO4)3-Fe2(SO4)3 compound bone char fluorine removal agent. The adsorption capacity of the iron and aluminium compound bone char fluorine removal agent is 8.5 times of that ofbone char which is not loaded with iron and aluminium ions, so that a fluorine removal effect is excellent.

Method for removing fluoride from wastewater

The invention discloses a method for removing fluoride from wastewater. The method comprises pre-treatment, internal electrolysis reaction, precipitation reaction and coagulation reaction. The combination of calcium hydroxide and OH<-> which is produced in the internal electrolysis reaction in aluminium and copper bimetal is adopted for increasing the pH value. The addition of calcium hydroxide is greatly reduced, and compared with a conventional calcium salt precipitation method, the method overcomes the problem that a CaF2 precipitate coats the surfaces of Ca(OH)2 particles. Compared with a conventional fluoride removal method of aluminium salt complexation and calcium salt coagulation, the method adopts humic acid which widely exists in nature and is low in price as an adsorbent and a flocculant. Aluminum fluoride complex ions in wastewater can be adsorbed, and the addition of Ca(OH)2 is reduced. The effect of fluoride removal is improved, and the cost of fluoride removal is reduced. Aluminum ions can be effectively removed from the wastewater, so that the residue of aluminum in the processed outlet water is greatly decreased, and secondary pollution is prevented from generation. The method is simple in control parameters, mild in condition, and easy to apply, and is suitable for massive industrial production.

The invention relates to a combined electric flocculation fluorine removal process and application thereof. The process is the combination of chemical coagulation and electric coagulation, namely the combined electric flocculation. Regarding fluorine-contained water with different alkalinities, the process reaches the highest fluorine removal rate through controlling the formula of Gamma Alkalinity+F=3. However, the formula is needed to be rectified; and the detailed process is shown in an instruction. The process has the advantages that the combined electric flocculation reaches the highest fluorine removal rate through controlling the formula of Gamma Alkalinity+F=3, thereby avoiding the situation of excessive acid or alkaline added for controlling the pH value; the combined electric flocculation has less electricity consumption which is less than one third of that of an electric flocculation process; the combined electric flocculation process not only reduces the consumption of electric energy and aluminium sheets, but also retains the advantages of the electric flocculation on the electric field action while ensuring high efficiency for fluorine removal; therefore, the process has good application prospect. The invention discloses a production method of a carbon-doped hydroxyapatite defluorination filter material. The method comprises the steps of adopting industrial calcium nitrate, phosphoric acid, ammonia water and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials; and synthesizing the carbon-doped hydroxyapatite defluorination filter material, wherein the ammonia water is capable of playing a role in regulating the pH value of a reaction system to ensure the purity and defluorination capacity of a product. The doping amount of the ammonium bicarbonate is extremely low.
