The invention relates to a disinfectant for animals and its preparation method and use. The disinfectant for animals comprises a mother liquor and water, wherein the mother liquor comprises: by weight, 2.5 to 3 parts of chlorhexidine acetate, 2 to 2.5 parts of benzalkonium bromide, 1.2 to 1.7 parts of triton and 1.2 to 1.7 parts of glutaraldehyde. The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing chlorhexidine acetate, benzalkonium bromide and glutaraldehyde of the mother liquor at a normal temperature, adding water into the mother liquor to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the weight of the water is 3 times of the total weight of chlorhexidine acetate, benzalkonium bromide and glutaraldehyde, cooling the mixed solution to a temperature of -5 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 8 hours, gradually heating the mixed solution to a temperature more than 50 DEG C, adding triton into the mixed solution while heating the mixed solution to a temperature of 90 to 100 DEG C so that triton is completely dissolved in the mixed solution, then adding water into the mixed solution containing triton, and cooling to a normal temperature to obtain the disinfectant for animals. The disinfectant for animals can be used for fed animals and aquatic products and has strong bactericidal power, a wide antimicrobial spectrum, wide purposes, stable performances, high use safety, short onset time and long sterilization lasting time.
