Provided is a tidal power generation system for full-time continuous power generation. The system comprises a reservoir and a power generating device. The reservoir comprises a main reservoir and a tail reservoir, and the main reservoir is adjacent to the tail reservoir and is independent to the tail reservoir. The power generating device is arranged on a dam foundation of the main reservoir, the power generating device is mainly formed by a base, dam piers, an upper beam, a flashboard and a hydro-generator, the base is fixed on the dam foundation of the main reservoir, the dam piers are arranged on the two sides of the base respectively, the upper beam is fixed at the tops of the dam piers, an elevator is arranged on the upper beam, a frame-shaped rack is formed by the base, the dam piers on the two sides and the upper beam, the flashboard and the hydro-generator are assembled in the frame-shaped rack, the flashboard comprises a front flashboard and a rear flashboard which are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the hydro-generator respectively, the hydro-generator is transversely arranged, the flashboard and a pull rod of the hydro-generator are respectively extended to the top of the upper beam to be connected with the elevator, and water discharged from the main reservoir is led into a flowing water area or the tail reservoir through lifting control of the flashboard. The tidal power generation system for full-time continuous power generation has the advantages of being small in construction and operation difficulty, low in operation cost, high in reliability and the like.
