The invention provides an automobile idle speed start-stop system and a hybrid power supply. The automobile idle speed start-stop system comprises an energy storage unit, a starting motor, a motor driver, a power electronic converter device, an automobile state monitoring device and an electronic control unit, wherein the energy storage unit comprises a storage battery and a super capacitor; the starting motor is connected to an engine of an automobile; the motor driver is connected to the starting motor; the power electronic converter device is connected to the storage battery, the super capacitor and the motor driver; and the electronic control unit is in communication connection with the motor driver, the automobile state monitoring device, the power electronic converter device, the starting motor, the motor driver and the energy storage unit and is used for judging whether the automobile is started, normally operated, stopped at an idle speed or stopped or not according to parameters detected by the automobile state monitoring device so as to control the running of the engine and the motor driver, the operation of the power electronic converter device and the energy transfer between the energy storage unit and the starting motor. By the system, the automobile can be quickly started, the economy of fuel can be improved, and the service life of the storage battery can be prolonged.
