This invention discloses a conductive tip
processing device and method. It precisely processes used conductive tips that have reached the end of their service life, causing them to deform and changing the original straight aperture to a curved aperture. This increases the contact area and friction between the
welding wire and the inner wall of the conductive tip, restricts the
oscillation amplitude of the
welding wire passing through, restores the conductive tip's
conductivity stability and basic function of limiting and constraining the
welding wire end, thus meeting the requirements of the
welding process. The purpose of this invention is to enable the reuse of used conductive tips, effectively extend their service life, improve the
utilization rate of precious non-
ferrous metals, and reduce the waste of scarce resources.
