The treatment process sequentially comprises pretreatment, biochemical treatment and chemical oxidation post-treatment; wherein the pretreatment step comprises the following steps: heating the phenol-acetone wastewater to 90-100 DEG C by using a preheater, enabling the heated wastewater to enter a molecular mill,dispersing the wastewater into small liquids one by one, then carrying out flash steam stripping, introducing steam into the molecular mill through the bottom, and carrying out secondary steam stripping; sequentially carrying out first-effect evaporation, second-effect evaporation, third-effect evaporation and fourth-effect evaporation crystallization on obtained pre-stripped wastewater, and continuously carrying out biochemical treatment and chemical oxidation post-treatment on evaporated liquid. According to the treatment process of phenol-acetone industrial wastewater, aiming at the water quality characteristics of the phenol-acetone wastewater, a treatment scheme combining physical desalination, biochemical treatment and chemical oxidation post-treatment is adopted, the process is simple, the operation is convenient, zero emission of sewage is realized, no toxic or harmful by-product is generated in the treatment process, no pollution is caused, and extremely high economic benefitsand environmental benefits are achieved.
