The device comprises a grid pool (1), an aerating adjusting pond (2), a reaction settling pond (3), a spiral sewage dehydrating device (4), a hydrolysis acidification pool (5), a bio-contact oxidation pond (6) and a settling pond (7) which are sequentially communicated, wherein a clean liquid return pipe (10) which is communicated with the aerating adjusting pond is arranged on the upper part of the reaction settling pond; the grid pool is internally provided with a mechanical grid and a mechanical slag-removing mechanism; the aerating adjusting pond, the hydrolysis acidification pool and the bio-contact oxidation pond are internally provided with perforated aerating pipes respectively, and the reaction pond is internally provided with a mechanical stirring mechanism; filler layers are arranged in the middle parts of the hydrolysis acidification pool and the bio-contact oxidation pond. The invention discloses a polysaccharide-based heavy metal adsorption material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a NaOH solid in an ethanol solution to obtain an alcohol solution of NaOH; taking and dissolving citrus pectin powder in the alcohol solution of NaOH, and performing a stirring reaction; standing the obtained product overnight, carrying out reduced pressure filtration, dissolving the obtained filter residue in the ethanol solution, adjusting the obtained solution to be strong acidic, and standing the adjusted solution;carrying out reduced pressure filtration on the obtained product, dissolving the obtained filter residue in a mixed solution of an ethanol solution and a HCl solution, and carrying out a stirring reaction; carrying out reduced pressure filtration on the obtained product, flushing the obtained filter residue with the ethanol solution, and freeze-drying the filter residue to obtain modified pectinpowder; dissolving the modified pectin powder in deionized water to obtain a modified pectin solution; dropwise adding the modified pectin solution to a calcium chloride solution while stirring, and carrying out a reaction; and filtering the obtained solution by a screen after the reaction is completed to obtain microspheres, cleaning the microspheres with deionized water, and freeze-drying the cleaned microspheres to obtain calcium ion-crosslinked modified pectin microspheres which are the heavy metal adsorption material.

The invention discloses citrus pectin with an intestinal tract probiotic function as well as a preparation method and application of the citrus pectin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing citrus peel powder with water, adding an acid solution to adjust the pH value, and carrying out a reaction; and adjusting the pH value of an obtained system by using an alkaline solution,and adding a compound enzyme for enzymolysis to obtain the citrus pectin. The citrus pectin disclosed by the invention is applied to preparation of a product with an intestinal tract probiotic function; the product comprises at least one of food, medicine, health care products and beverages. The method is simple, the production cost is low, and the pectin extraction rate is as high as 25.98%; theobtained citrus pectin can significantly improve the yield of short-chain fatty acid in the in-vitro anaerobic fermentation process, and has a good intestinal tract probiotic function; the citrus pectin is compounded, so that the comprehensive utilization of citrus processing wastes is realized, the resource waste and the environmental pollution are reduced, and the additional value of the product is increased.

Method of preparing citrus pectin oligosaccharide under weak electrolysis condition

The invention relates to a method of preparing citrus pectin oligosaccharide under a weak electrolysis condition. The method comprises following steps: dissolving high ester citrus pectin in a sodiumchloride solution to prepare a pectin solution; adding the pectin solution into an electrolytic tank (A) taking graphite as the negative pole; adding a sodium chloride solution with an equal concentration into an electrolytic tank (B) taking a platinum electrode as the positive pole; carrying out DC electrolysis under a weak electrolysis condition (voltage is 15 to 25V), stirring the solutions during the electrolysis process; collecting obtained electrolytic solution in the electrolytic tank (A), adjusting the pH to 6-7 by using hydrochloric acid; adding anhydrous ethanol to carry out precipitation, wherein the ratio of anhydrous ethanol to the electrolytic solution is 4:1; collecting the precipitates, and drying to obtain pectin oligosaccharide. By adopting the provided method, macromolecular high ester citrus pectin is electrolyzed to obtain micromolecular pectin oligosaccharide; by controlling the electrolysis voltage and time, the degradation degree can be controlled so as to obtain pectin oligosaccharide (POS) with a molecular weight of 3000 to 8000, and the commodity value is increased. Moreover, the method is environmentally friendly and can be applied to industrial production easily, and the power consumption is low.
