4 results about "Waste minimisation" patented technology

Waste minimisation is a set of processes and practices intended to reduce the amount of waste produced. By reducing or eliminating the generation of harmful and persistent wastes, waste minimisation supports efforts to promote a more sustainable society. Waste minimisation involves redesigning products and processes and/or changing societal patterns of consumption and production.

A configuration method of oil and gas recovery facilities for multi-working-condition coastal product oil wharf

PendingCN122288684AWaste minimisationOil terminal
This invention discloses a method for configuring oil and gas recovery facilities at coastal refined oil terminals adaptable to multiple operating conditions. It relates to the technical field of environmental pollution control, particularly air and water pollution control. Oil and gas pollution from terminals has a significant destructive impact on the environment. To protect the environment, terminals need to be equipped with oil and gas recovery facilities. This method first collects the basic operating parameters of the target terminal and the pipeline laying distance, and determines the spatial constraints. A multi-objective evaluation matrix is constructed, and candidate scheme scores are calculated and ranked using a comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the footprint of the optimal scheme is used, combined with the spatial constraints, to determine the physical boundaries. Based on the pipeline laying distance, selection parameters for the induced draft module used to overcome long-distance pressure drop are simultaneously output, generating spatial layout instructions that include physical arrangement and fluid compensation. This invention deeply couples process quantitative optimization with the physical space of the terminal, significantly reducing the overall operating energy consumption of the oil and gas recovery process and contributing to energy conservation and emission reduction in ports.

The invention discloses a Fe / Cu-SAPO-11 adsorption carrier capable of adsorbing NH3 and resisting poisoning as well as a preparation method and application of the Fe / Cu-SAPO-11 adsorption carrier, and belongs to the field of environmental pollution control materials and technologies. The preparation method at least comprises the following steps: in the presence of a source containing aluminum, phosphorus and silicon, performing hydrothermal synthesis, calcining to obtain an SAPO-11 molecular sieve, and finally loading copper by an ion exchange method. And carrying out hydrothermal synthesis on iron oxide, and physically mixing the molecular sieve and the iron oxide to obtain the Fe / Cu-SAPO-11. The Fe / Cu-SAPO-11 prepared in the invention has a micron-scale spherical structure, and iron oxide loaded on the Fe / Cu-SAPO-11 has a regular hexagonal structure with a nano-scale size. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, easy for large-scale production, high in NH3 adsorption efficiency and good in sulfur resistance.

A steel slag-based bifunctional material, a preparation method and application thereof

This invention discloses a dual-functional material based on steel slag, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the field of solid waste resource utilization and environmental pollution control technology. The method uses steel slag, a solid waste from the iron and steel industry, as raw material, and prepares an iron-rich catalyst and a calcium-rich adsorbent through selective leaching. The iron-rich catalyst efficiently activates PMS in a photocatalytic persulfate (PMS) system to degrade tetracycline antibiotics in water; simultaneously, the calcium-rich adsorbent can capture CO2 generated during antibiotic degradation in situ, thus achieving multiple objectives of solid waste resource utilization and pollution and carbon reduction. This invention utilizes widely available and inexpensive raw materials and employs a simple process, effectively improving the high-value-added resource utilization level of steel slag and overcoming the carbon emission problems associated with traditional advanced oxidation technologies, providing a new approach for synergistic technologies of wastewater treatment and carbon reduction.

A method and device for continuously and stably adding a poorly soluble hydrophobic organic substance into an aqueous phase system

The present application belongs to the technical field of environmental pollution control, and particularly relates to a continuous and stable adding method and device for a poorly soluble hydrophobic organic substance in an aqueous phase system. The target substance is dissolved in a volatile organic solvent to form a stock solution, or an organic solution of the target substance is used as a starting material, quantitatively added to a film forming container, and evaporated to form a film. Then, an aqueous phase medium is added and dispersed by ultrasonic waves to obtain a uniform dispersed phase stock solution. During the adding process, continuous stirring is performed to keep the suspension, and a metering pump is used to pump the target aqueous phase system at a set flow rate or period, while mechanical stirring is performed for cyclic mixing to reduce the local concentration gradient. Under the premise of reducing the interference of a co-solvent and a surfactant, the present application realizes stable and reproducible adding of a poorly soluble hydrophobic organic substance, and is suitable for reactor exposure and environmental water body simulation.
