Not only can the synergistic effective utilization of solid waste carbide slag and agricultural biomass be realized, but also the cost of desulfurization in the circulating fluidized bed furnace can be reduced.

Method for directly preparing molten steel from high-silicon iron ores

The invention discloses a method for directly preparing molten steel from high-silicon iron ores. The method comprises the following steps of: preparation and grinding of biomass charcoal, grinding and ball milling of the high-silicon iron ores, preparation of carbon-containing pellets, direct reduction, and separation of high-temperature iron slag. Compared with existing methods for processing the high-silicon iron ores, the method has the advantages that biomass charcoal is prepared from wide-source agricultural biomass waste and is utilized as a reducer for preparing the carbon-containing pellets, and the carbon-containing pellets are subjected to direct reduction and electric furnace high-temperature melting by virtue of a commercial FASTMELT process; by controlling reduction conditions, high metallized pellets with extremely carbon residue are obtained in a direct reduction stage; and the molten steel with the quality directly reaching or exceeding converter tapping standards is directly obtained in a high-temperature melting stage. The method has the advantages that the recovery rate of iron is high, the quality of the obtained liquid-state low-carbon and low-silicon molten steel is good, and the like. According to the method, the conventional sintering-blast furnace-converter flow for iron-making and steel-making is avoided, so that the flow of processing the high-silicon iron ores is greatly simplified.

The invention relates to a device for measuring a friction coefficient of an agricultural biomass plane and belongs to the field of agricultural engineering. The invention discloses a device for measuring the friction coefficient which is simple, feasible and convenient in reading in order to overcome the defects of the conventional measurement device. According to the technical scheme, a tilting plane which slowly ascends is formed; a sample is arranged on a steel plate on the tilting plane in a sample box, so that the bottom surface of the sample box is separated from the steel plate for a certain distance. In the process of slowly ascending the tilting plane, once the sample box starts to actively slide along the tilting plane, the tilting plane immediately stops ascending, and the friction coefficient value between the agricultural biomass and the steel plate is directly read by using an attached measuring scale. The friction coefficient measurement device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) multiple samples can be simultaneously measured by debugging once, the time is saved, and the workload is reduced; (2) the friction coefficient is directly read, and the data processing is simple; (3) the structure is simple, the steel plate is replaced, and the friction coefficient between the agricultural biomass and other planar materials can be measured.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate with high air permeability and high absorptivity; a fluffy auxiliary agent is added into the paper-makingreconstituted tobacco substrate, and the adopted fluffy auxiliary agent is derived from agricultural wastes and has the characteristics of light weight, looseness and porosity. The fluffy auxiliary agent is prepared by soaking inorganic waste powder generated after agricultural biomass wastes such as straws, rice husks, barks and the like are subjected to power generation by a biomass power plantin sodium hydroxide, separating a solid phase and a liquid phase, and reacting the liquid phase with calcium hydroxide. The goal of improving the air permeability and the absorptivity of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco is achieved. Firstly, tobacco stems and tobacco powder which are subjected to leaching, solid-liquid separation and defibering are mixed with additional plant fibers and fluffy auxiliary agents to prepare pulp, and finally, the pulp is made into the substrate. By improving the air permeability and absorptivity of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco, the smoking performance of cigarettes is improved, the combustion performance is improved, the effects of reducing tar and harm are achieved, and a new method is provided for continuous industrial production of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco.
