The preparation technique for the ink includes the following steps: first preparing the alcohol-soluble polyamide resin alcoholic solution and blending a small amount of nitrocotton alcoholic solution, then adding the pigment, the dispersing agent, the tackifier and other auxiliaries, grinding the mixture into micron-grade grain size in a sand mill after about 30 minutes of high-speed dispersion, finally adding ethanol and other solvents to regulate the viscosity of the ink, continuing with dispersion for more than 10 minutes until the ink body becomes uniform, and carrying out inspection, discharging and packaging. Since the alcohol-soluble ink does not contain benzene solvent, no benzene solvent harms the bodies of people producing, using and touching the ink, and the pollution of the atmosphere and the environment, which is caused by the emission of toxic gas, is greatly reduced.
