Biotechnology capable of producing No. 380 admiralty fuel oil and application thereof

The invention discloses a method of adopting biotechnology to produce admiralty fuel oil, taking oil slurry as raw materials. According to the method, microbial agent composed of activated thermophilic denitriding bacillus NG80-2 (Geobacillus thermodenitrificans) and Mycobacterium goodiisp at the ratio of 1:1 is reacted with high-kinematic viscosity oil slurry in an inorganic salt solution to obtain the No. 380 admiralty fuel oil. A reaction system comprises 1-5%t of activated mixed agents, 50% of oil slurry and the balance of inorganic salt solution. The production method has the advantages of simple process, simplicity in equipment, low cost and environment protection, can produce fuel oil with good quality, and has better processing effect for the oil slurry; and the produced oil product can completely meet the standard of the No. 380 admiralty fuel oil, and has better application prospect.
