The invention discloses an energy-saving variable frequency
electromagnetic heating steamer which comprises a
water storage tank, a heat dissipator, a cooling circulating water pump, a
high pressure water pump, a water inlet
pipe, a water return
pipe, a steam tank and a controller, wherein the controller comprises a
power module, a
control circuit board and a frequency converter. A single or a plurality of
electromagnetic induction heaters connected in parallel or in series communicate between the water inlet
pipe and the steam tank, the water inlet pipe communicates to the steam tank throughthe water return pipe, the
water storage tank is connected to an external
tap water pipe through a water inlet
electromagnetic valve to supplement water, the water outlet of the
water storage tank isconnected to the water inlet pipe through the
high pressure water pump, the water outlet of the
water storage tank is connected to an inlet of the heat dissipator through the cooling circulating waterpump, an outlet of the heat dissipator is connected to the
water storage tank and the frequency converter clings to a heat dissipating face of the heat dissipator. An
electromagnetic coil is electrified to electromagnetically heat a
water flow and circulating cooling water is introduced to the heat dissipator to dissipate head of the frequency converter, and an electronic heating part is cooled and dissipated while the cold water is preheated, so that
electric energy is utilized fully, and the energy-saving variable frequency
electromagnetic heating steamer is high in
steam generation speed and clean and sanitary.
