It is an object of the present invention to provide a commercial transaction system using online information matching and a service providing method thereof, which enable a shop server which has received signal codes for each of products in order to guide or provide products or services to customers to quickly respond to the information matching request from a user server, and which selects response information of the shop server and provides the user server with the selected information in a real time basis, upon receipt of the information matching request from the user server which wants guidance or provision to products or services in a real time basis, so that commercial transactions can be performed by mutual communications between the shop server and the user server through real time matching between them. To accomplish the above-described object, specific means of the present invention comprises: an information matching operating server including a matching information request application unit, a shop server registration unit, an integrated information management unit and a matching program operating unit; a user server which makes a matching information request to the information matching operating server; and a shop server which provides response information in a real time in response to the matching information request from the user server.
