The invention discloses a method for cleaning and regenerating an SCR denitration catalyst for
potassium and
sodium poisoning deactivation. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a cleaning solution and a regenerating solution, performing ash removal treatment on an SCR denitration catalyst subjected to
potassium and
sodium poisoning deactivation, adding the deactivated SCR denitration catalyst subjected to ash removal treatment into the cleaning solution for bubbling, performing ultrasonic cleaning,
drying, bubbling and cleaning in the regenerating solution, supplementing
vanadium components of the deactivated SCR denitration catalyst lost in the cleaning process,
drying, calcining, and cooling to
room temperature, thereby obtaining the regenerated denitration catalyst. According to the regeneration method disclosed by the invention,
potassium and
sodium poisoning elements of the deactivation catalyst can be effectively cleaned, and the porous structure of the catalyst is restored. Meanwhile, iron ions and
arsenic and mercury ions in the deactivation catalyst can be effectively cleaned, the activity of the deactivated SCR denitration catalyst is effectively restored, the
compressive strength and wear strength of the SCR denitration catalyst are improved to a certain degree, and the reusing requirement is met.
