The high-molecular material layer sufficiently wraps the electrode layer, thereby not only being capable of enlarging the liquid-solid contact area, but also being capableof shielding the inductive charge of the liquid around the electrode layer to the electrode layer, enabling the charge generated by the contact between the liquid and the material to be sufficientlytransferred, and forming current in an external circuit. Compared with the prior art, the generating capacity of the liquid-solid contact electrification friction nano-generator is improved by 8.3 times, thereby solving the technical requirement of long-term energy supply for ocean sensors.
