The two obtained wave-section-different time domain curves of the grey average are processed to be pulse contours with a smooth base line through an FFT band-pass smoothing. The averaging process is carried out on the wave-shaped curves to obtain I470DC and I520DC. According to the two oscillograms, the extreme value and the number of extreme values in a detecting area are calculated through differential threshold values, the detected pulse wave crest value is averaged, and I470AC and I520AC are obtained. The value can be obtained by combining the I470DC, the I520DC, the I470AC and the I520AC. Finally, oxyhemoglobin saturation is determined according to the fitted curves.
