surface oxide layer from a Ti2AlNb material piece; the Ti2AlNb material piece is subjected to longitudinal-torsional composite
ultrasonic vibration auxiliary milling
machining; wherein the longitudinal-torsional composite
ultrasonic vibration is used for assisting milling, and the vibration parameters of the longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic vibration are as follows: the
torsional vibration tangential line amplitude is 4-8 microns, the ultrasonic frequency is 20-30 kHz, the
longitudinal vibration amplitude is 3-6 microns, and the
phase difference is 90 degrees. According to the method, the Ti2AlNb material piece with the
machining surface small in roughness value and large in
residual compressive stress value is finally obtained, harmful tensile stress of the machining surface obtained through pure milling machining is converted into compressive stress, generation of microcracks can be effectively restrained, and the service life of the material is prolonged.
