According to the method, a thermal desorption sample inlet and a universal detector (FID detector) are mounted on an existing gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; high-concentration and conventional-concentration volatile organic compounds can be accurately analyzed on the premiseof saving the investment of instruments and equipment and improving the working efficiency; the high-concentration volatile organic compounds adopt carbon disulfide as a solvent, and liquid sample injection, DB-FFAP (30m * 0.32 mm * 1.00 [mu] m) capillary column separation and FID detector analysis are carried out, and 24 volatile organic compounds including m-xylene and p-xylene can be completelyseparated; methanol is used as a solvent for conventional volatile organic compounds, thermal desorption sample introduction, VF-624MS (60m * 0.32 mm * 1.80 mu m) capillary column separation and massspectrometry are carried out, and the content of the conventional volatile organic compounds can be accurately analyzed. The relative standard deviation of the volatile organic compounds with the conventional concentration is 3%-7%, and the relative standard deviation of the volatile organic compounds with the high concentration is 2%-5%.

The invention discloses a recombinant RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) antigenome plasmid rRSV-EGFP. The sequence of the recombinant RSV antigenome plasmid rRSV-EGFP is shown as SEQ ID No.1. The invention also discloses a recombinant RSV obtained by rescuing the plasmid and application of the recombinant RSV in screening of an RSV resisting drug. A high-throughput screening method for screening the RSV resisting drug comprises the following steps: inoculating a host cell, and adding the recombinant RSV and to-be-screened drugs; detecting the fluorescence intensity of GFP (Green Fluorescence Protein); evaluating an RSV resisting effect of the to-be-screened drugs. According to the recombinant RSV antigenome plasmid rRSV-EGFP disclosed by the invention, interaction of the recombinant RSV for expressing the GFP and the host cell and to-be-screened compounds is utilized; as the expression level of the GFP is closely related to the replication level of a virus, the antivirus effect of the compound can be analyzed by detecting the fluorescence intensity, further a high-throughput drug screening model for the RSV is established, a large-scale drug screening is realized, and a foundation is laid for research and development of the RSV-resisting drug.

The absorbance of a solid sample and a liquid sample can be measured, the shading cap can reduce the influence of ambient light on the instrument, a light path does not need to be sealed in the whole detection process, external light has no influence on the instrument, use is convenient, and data is stable and accurate. Any wave band or full wave band can be analyzed, and tests prove that the integral measurement time is shorter than 1.5 s and the measurement speed is high.

The application provides a method for measuring the content of cyanate ester monomers. The method comprises the following steps: (1) making standard curves of the concentration X and the peak area Y of a cyanate ester monomer standard liquid: preparing a cyanate ester monomer standard liquid, and obtaining a linear equation of the concentration and the peak area of the cyanate ester monomer standard liquid according to gel permeation chromatographic analysis; (2) preparing a cyanate ester polymer liquid: performing desolvation treatment on a cyanate ester polymer, and then preparing the cyanate ester polymer subjected to desolvation treatment into the cyanate ester polymer liquid which has the same solvent as the cyanate ester monomer standard liquid; and (3) acquiring the content of the cyanate ester monomers: performing gel permeation chromatographic analysis on the cyanate ester polymer liquid to obtain the peak area Y, and acquiring the content of the cyanate ester monomers throughthe standard curves in (1). As desolvation treatment is performed on the cyanate ester polymer, and the monomer liquid and the polymer liquid adopt the same solvent, the measurement result cannot beinterfered by bubbles produced by mixing of different solvents, and accordingly, the measurement result is high in precision and accurate and stable in data.
