The amorphous silica-alumina has a SiO2 content of 10-50 wt. %, a specific surface area of 300-600 m2 / g, a pore volume of 0.8-1.5 ml / g and an IR acidity of 0.25-0.60 mmol / g. The catalyst shows a relatively high activity and mid-distillate selectivity and can be particularly used in hydrocracking process for producing mid-distillates with a higher yield.

The supplementary materials are first subjected to a grinding step in a dry state to a specific surface of at least 1000 cm2 / g (Blaine). The composite material is characterized in that a yolk is made of zeolite molecular sieve materials, an eggshell is made of a mesoporous titanium oxide nanocrystal aggregate, and a size-adjustable cavity is formed between a zeolite molecular sieve and the mesoporous titanium oxide. The preparation method comprises the steps of wrapping a phenolic resin macromolecule layer or amorphous silicon dioxide on the outer surface of the zeolite molecular sieve, then wrapping a layer of amorphous silicon dioxide, forging to transform the titanium dioxide into crystallized titanium dioxide nanocrystals, and finally removing the phenolic resin macromolecule layer or the amorphous silicon dioxide, so as to obtain the targeted composite material. Gypsum-rich Portland cement

The present invention is of a cementitious composition containing OPC, calcined gypsum, a source of amorphous silica and a source of amorphous alumina. The ratio of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to OPC is 0.7:1.0 to 1.4:1.0, the ratio of amorphous silica and amorphous alumina to OPC is 0.26:1.0 to 0.4:1.0, and the ratio of amorphous alumina to amorphous silica is 0.3:1.0 to 1.5:1.0. The cementitious composition, by itself and mixed with aggregates, is fast-setting and exhibits good early compressive strength and very high compressive strength after hydration. Despite the high content of calcium sulfate relative to prior art OPC formulations, the cementitious composition according to the present invention is essentially waterproof and exhibits excellent strength characteristics, even after 2 years under water. The use of calcined gypsum in place of alumina cement or even OPC is of great economic advantage, and in addition, provides the cementitious composition with quick-setting characteristics.

Method for synthesizing ZSM-5 zeolite

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing ZSM-5 zeolite. In the method for synthesizing the ZSM-5 zeolite, the process is simple; the yield of single kettle is high; the crystallizing time is short; the emission of the mother liquor is reduced or zero emission of the mother liquor is realized; the synthesis and operation cost is relatively low; the B acid content of the obtained ZSM-5 zeolite is high; and the L acid content of the obtained ZSM-5 zeolite is low.

The invention relates to a mould material mixture for producing casting moulds for metal processing, a process for producing casting moulds, casting moulds which can be obtained by the process and their use. The production of the casting moulds is carried out using a refractory base moulding material and a binder based on water glass. A proportion of a particulate metal oxide selected from the group consisting of silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide, titanium oxide and zinc oxide is added to the binder, with particular preference being given to using synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide. The mould material mixture contains a surface-active material as further significant constituent. The addition of the surface-active material enables the flowability of the mould material mixture to be improved, which makes it possible to produce casting moulds having a very complicated geometry.
