repair material and a preparation method thereof. The
repair material is prepared by taking a DCPD-CS
mixed solution,
lecithin,
cholesterol and
pectin as raw materials; the
mechanical property of a
chitosan material is effectively improved; the highest bending strength reaches 173 MPa; the highest bending modulus reaches 8.6 GPA; the repair requirements on bone defects in bearing parts such as the cranium, the maxillofacial region, the spine and the
limb bones are met. The material is good in
biocompatibility, is degradable and absorbable, and can remarkably induce repair and regeneration of the bone defects, the
disadvantage of long-term retention
in vivo of nonabsorbable materials such as titaniumalloy and PEEK is avoided, and the problems that absorbable materials such as PLA are liable to produce inflammatory reactions, the bone-forming effect is poor, and the like are also avoided. According to the
chitosan / HA-based personalized cranial, maxillofacial and spinal
repair material and the preparation method thereof, personalized design and manufacturing are performed according to CT scanning charts of the
bone defect parts of patients; the cellular structure,
pore diameter,
porosity and the like of the material can be accurately controlled, and the matching between the degradation speed and the regeneration speed of different
bone defect parts is realized.
