The liquid to be atomized is uniformly sprayed on the inner surface of a hollow rotating cylinder, for example by means of one- or two-fluid-nozzles and is thus distributed on bores provided in the cylinder wall. The rotation of the cylinder causes the liquid to flow outwards through the bores. Droplets are generated when the liquid flows out of the bores by laminary decomposition of the jet. The emulsion provided in the invention has a solid content of 40%-45%, viscosity (in terms of a 4-cup application amount) of 20S-26S, bonding peel strength (N/2.5cm) of 1.4-2.5, a surface tension force of 32-37 dyne, and a film contact angle of 25-29 degrees, thus being particularly suitable for application in dry paper-plastic or plastic-plastic composite adhesives. The preparation method of the vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymer emulsion has the characteristics of mild reaction conditions and safety reaction system, thus being conducive to factory mass production.

Then the surface pressure can be calculated through the Laplace formula, and thus the calculation of surface tension is greatly simplified. The surface area viscosity can be calculated by the following steps: measuring the surface tension during the unbalance state and balance state, recording the time, calculating the surface area according to the images, and finally substituting the data into a formula to calculate the surface area viscosity. The device has the following advantages that the sample using amount is little, the moisture of the sample is not required, the measuring speed is fast, the precision is high, and the equipment utilization rate is high.
