The invention relates to an automatic device for measuring compartment pressure and a measuring method of the automatic device. The automatic device belongs to a mechatronics product and relates to the mechanical
automation, measurement and control field. The device consists of a constant-speed push
injection device, a pressure conduction device, a display measurement and control portion, a shell and a power source. Ports of a tee joint in the pressure conduction device have small
pressure difference under the condition that flow speed of incompressible liquid is quite low, measurement errors depend on measurement of the flow speed of the liquid at a measuring end, materials of rubber tubes, length,
diameter, height, sizes of needle heads and the like, correction of
surface tension of liquid droplets and
extraction algorithm of effective values of
software, and a pressure error value can be changed along with change of the parameters, and can be calculated by the measurement and control portion by means of simulating a pressure error condition, so that an actual pressure value is obtained, namely error correction technology is realized. In a non-liquid environment, pressure cannot be directly measured and is necessarily measured indirectly, liquid is injected into the non-liquid environment at different steps within a short time, when air column pressure is smaller than compartment pressure, the liquid does not enter the
human body, only air is compressed, once the air column pressure achieves the compartment pressure, the liquid can flow into the
human body, at the moment, balance is realized, and the air column pressure is equal to the compartment pressure, namely a
pressure balance measurement mode is realized.
