soft materials. This invention utilizes the multi-point interaction between
guanidine-containing
polymer units and ATP
phosphate groups, and the reversible borate ester interaction between
phenylboronic acid-containing
polymer units and ATP
ribose diol, to synergistically construct a hydrogel network. Through this structural design, ATP is retained as a network crosslinking node within the hydrogel, and the formed network possesses a structural basis for enzymatic decrosslinking or degradation. Furthermore, the hydrogel provided by this invention exhibits excellent mechanical properties, dynamic
recovery properties, antibacterial properties, and anti-
biofilm properties.
