The invention provides a full-mechanical-pressure bottle cap forming machine which comprises a rack, a bottle cap forming die and a drive mechanism for driving the bottle cap forming die to be opened and closed. The bottle cap forming die comprises upper die bodies and lower die bodies. The drive mechanism comprises a forming rod, a turning cam mechanism and a stabilizing device, wherein the forming rod is arranged on the rack in a vertical movement mode, the turning cam mechanism drives the forming rod to conduct vertical reciprocating movement, and the stabilizing device makes the forming rod to move downwards to reset. The forming rod comprises an upper section, a lower section and an elastic element, wherein the upper section and the lower section are connected in a coaxial mode, and the elastic element is connected between the upper segment and the lower segment in a compressed mode and makes the upper segment and the lower segment have a vertical separation trend. The lower dies are fixed to the upper end of the upper section of the forming rod, and the upper dies are arranged on the upper portion of the rack and correspond to the upper portions of the lower dies. According to the full-mechanical-pressure bottle cap forming machine, a mechanical structure is adopted to provide stable forming pressure, a hydraulic system is replaced, the structure of the bottle cap forming machine is greatly simplified, the bottle cap forming die opening/closing process is smooth in movement, the bottle cap forming pressure is easy to adjust, and it is guaranteed that the forming pressure is stable.
