flame-retardant and sound-insulating coatings, in particular to a
flame-retardant and sound-insulating
coating, which comprises, by
mass, 14-20% of a
silicone acrylic
emulsion, 12.25-22.6% of deionized water, 0.1-0.25% of
cellulose, 0.45-0.5% of wood fibers, 0.2-0.4% of a
wetting dispersant, 0.15-0.2% of an anti-
corrosion and bactericidal agent, 0.8-1.2% of a
flame retardant, 12-14% of
mica powder, 14-16% of aluminum
hydroxide, 7-13% of glass bead mixed particles, 9-12% of rubber
powder, 0.25-0.35% of PP fibers, 7-12% of a
thermal insulation auxiliary agent, and 8-15% of a damping and
buffering agent. The damping and
buffering agent comprises floating beads and stone-free
mineral wool, so that the
coating can absorb
noise and has good sound insulation and
noise reduction functions. Moreover, the floating beads are hollow balls, thin-walled and hollow and good in damping effect, and are matched with the stone-free
mineral wool and the
mica powder for use, so that the formed
coating layer has excellent damping and buffering effects,
noise pollution caused by vibration can be further reduced, and the sound insulation and damping coating has double
noise reduction effects.
