The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, synchronously measuring a pulse wave signal of a point close to the heart and a pulse wave signal of a point away from the heart on any local arterial segment of an arterial tree of a subject through the PPG sensor; step 2, calculating a pulse wave velocity (PWV) of the local arterial segment according to the measured pulse wave signals; and step 3, according to the PWV obtained in the step 2, indirectly estimating the basic pressure P of an arterial blood pressure through correlation between the arterial blood pressure measured by an auscultation method and an oscillography method and the PWV of the related arterial segment. The method is noninvasive, free of oversleeves and invasion, free of management by specially-assigned persons and capable of being continuously used for a long time; an arterialblood flow does not need to be blocked when a systolic pressure is measured; the problems that long-time wearing is needed in actual detection operation, the monitoring difficulty is large, and disturbance to a patient is large are solved; and the effect of better actual operability is achieved.

A Miniaturized Photodetector with Differential Amplification Function

The invention discloses a miniature photoelectric detector with a function of differential amplification, and belongs to the field of photoelectric technology and electronic integrated circuit technology. The photoelectric detector mainly consists of a photoelectric detection module and a differential amplification circuit module. The photoelectric detection module is used for collecting an emergent light signal of a to-be-detected laser, and comprises two sets of photodiodes and two sets of protection housings. The differential amplification circuit module is used for the differential amplification of a detection signal, and manly consists of a first-stage amplification circuit, two voltage followers, and a second-stage amplification circuit. The first-stage amplification circuit comprises two parallel amplification branch circuits, and the input is a light current detected by the photoelectric detection module. The two amplification circuits respectively carry out the amplification of two light current signals, and then output the amplified light current signals for subsequent differential amplification. A technical problem to be solved is to provide the miniature photoelectric detector which is high in sensitivity, is high in signal to noise ratio, is small in size, is strong in loading capability and has the function of differential amplification, and the gains of the front and rear amplification circuits can be distributed in a balanced manner.
