The invention relates to an efficient extraction method of curcumin. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, adding an extracting agent A into crushed curcuma longa powder, and performing filtering to obtain a solid material I; 2, adding an extracting agent B into the obtained solid material I, and performing filtering to remove slag to obtain an extracting solution II; 3, centrifuging theextracting solution II, and performing filtering to obtain a solid material III; and 4, cleaning and drying the solid material III to obtain curcumin; specifically, the extracting agent A comprises asolvent a, and the solvent a contains the following structure shown as formula (1) in the specification, in the formula (1), Y<-> is one of Cl<->, Br<->, N(CN)2<->, HCOO<-> and CH3COO<->; and the extracting agent B contains a solvent b, and the solvent b contains the following structure shown as formula (2), in the formula (2), B<-> is a metal chelating anion. According to the characteristics ofcurcumin, a method for extracting the curcumin by combining the extracting agent A and the extracting agent B is designed, so that the yield of the curcumin is relatively high, the use of organic reagents is greatly reduced, and the green and environment-friendly requirements are met.
