cement wallboard and a production technology thereof. The rapid hardening 
cement wallboard comprises components in parts by 
mass as follows: 26-30 parts of 
cement, 17-22 parts of 
fly ash, 9-12 parts of 
perlite, 2 parts of a 
sizing agent, 3 parts of an anti-
corrosion short 
fiber skeleton and 60 parts of water, wherein the anti-
corrosion short 
fiber skeleton is 
palm fiber or 
glass fiber; the 
sizing agent is glue or gelatine 
powder; the production technology comprises die closing, weighing, primary stirring, secondary stirring, 
tertiary stirring, pouring, solidification and maintaining. Main ingredients are all inorganic substances, and the rapid hardening cement wallboard has high 
fire resistance and 
flame resistance; the 
palm fiber or the 
glass fiber is taken as a reinforcement substance to be doped in 
slurry and can be integrally coagulated with the hardened 
slurry, and the bending resistance and the 
impact resistance of the rapid hardening cement wallboard are enhanced; air pores formed through foaming enable acoustic 
waves to perform 
diffuse reflection when the acoustic 
waves penetrate through the rapid hardening cement wallboard, the penetrating power of the acoustic 
waves is reduced, and the rapid hardening cement wallboard has an excellent sound insulation effect.
